The current billing structure is effective as of 7-1-07.

	Extrication service	$250
	Mileage from pickup point to hospital
	Medicare patients	$10/mile
	Regular Insurance	$25/mile
Vehicle Fire
	Response for vehicle fire	$125*
	- manpower charge	$35/firefighter

* Minimum charge of 1 hour and each fraction of an hour afterwards shall be charged as a full hour.  Additional fees shall be charged for extraordinary expenses of materials used for such services.
