We are currently accepting applications for evening part-time Telecommunicator.  Applicants should possess prior experience in a public safety communications center and be able to type 30 words or more per minute. Certification as a Priority Dispatch Emergency Medical Dispatcher is preferred.  The salary range for part-time is $11.50 to $19.50 per hour after training based on longevity.  The training rate is $9.50 per hour.  Part-time employees have a choice of working either 6 or 12 hour shifts.  The evening shift is 6:00 pm to  6:00 am. Part time employees are expected to work shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed to supplement full-time staff.
