Medications For Disposal

The preferred method is to return the medications to a collection program.  Drop of the medications in the RxBox at the

Burr Ridge Police Dept. Lobby (8:00am-5:00pm).

Once an item has been placed in the RxBox it cannot be removed except by authorized personnel.  Village staff cannot open the box.  All medications collected will be incinerated by a contractor provided by the IIEPA.  Medications will not be reused.  Please see the disposal tips below and call the Police Department’s non-emergency phone number (630) 323-8181 for more information.
